Ann’s E-quips, Vol. 2

When you can’t find something, get on your knees and ask God to help you. He knows where it is.

Those who trust the Lord are those who recognize their need and allow Him to lead them.

You will be known by your words and how you treat others as well as your clothes, your attitude and your actions.

Study and pray. There’s no better way. It’s required that you do this for the sake of your freedom.

Saying 5 words that help is better than saying 1000 that no one hears.

You can’t do better than your best.

Walking daily in a state of readiness is the call of the hour.

A healed heart is a hearing heart.

Just as hurting people hurt people, so also do sick people make others sick. Take heed what you hear.

Seek to understand and you will be understood.

Some people look all right, but are they? Jesus can show you their hearts so that you can help remove their pain.

Do you really want to be perfect? There is only One who never made a mistake and they crucified Him.

Don’t tell everyone everything. They just wouldn’t understand.

Whose voice are you following? Your own? Or, God’s?

Death to self is necessary for the blessings of God to come upon your life.

Every day doesn’t have to be the same if you will learn how to walk in the newness of life provided for you by the Father.

Don’t stick with the losers or you will suffer loss.

Want to know yourself? Listen to your words.

Want to know God? Listen to His words.

Everyone needs an encourager. No one needs a discourager.

Discouraged people discourage others.

The path of least resistance is usually not the one that leads to where you want to go.

If you’ve been derailed in life, it’s time to get back on track.

If you want to win, stick with the winners.

What it is you want to win? Are you willing to pay the price for it?

In this life, nothing is automatic. God’s promises have conditions to be met in order that they might be fulfilled.

If you find yourself in lack, don’t just stay there. God knows the way out.

When the Lord is your Shepherd, you shall not be in lack.

When the eyes and ears of our hearts are open, we can learn from anyone and anything. God can even speak through a donkey. Remember Balaam.

Has your trust been broken? Have you lost the faith you once had? God is still faithful. He’s our only hope.

The 3 R's: Read (study the Bible and pray). Write (what the Lord says). ‘Rithmetic (stay on track in your finances).

Wasting your time wondering and worrying won’t get you anywhere pleasant or good. Seeking the Father’s will can take you to your Promised Land.

A day without learning something is a day you’ve wasted.

Agree or argue. It's up to you. Two words that sound alike but have opposite meanings.

Have you ever prayed, "Not my will, but Thine, be done"? God will take you at your word if you've ever prayed that.

There is no rest for the wicked...but there is rest for the righteous!!

The true measure of a man depends on his willingness to obey God.

Are you telling people only what they want to hear, or what they need to hear?

You don’t have to base your future on your past.

Agreement with another Christian in prayer brings the anointing…unity. Unify us, O Lord.

Pray in faith, and then stay in faith.

A little prayer = a little power. A life of prayer = a life of power.

Yesterday’s knowledge isn’t enough for today.

Your future’s not the same as your past.

In my estimation, quality is more important than quantity.

Some important verses to understand: 1 Timothy 4:16; 2 Peter 1:10b; Psalm 51:10-13; Romans 10:9.

Want truth? Ask God to show you where you've "missed it" and He will.

When God speaks to you on a personal level, it’ll change you.

As God’s people repent, God will relent.

The key in receiving a “yea” and “amen” in prayer is knowing the will of God. Then, in asking, believe it and you’ll receive it.

In these uncertain times, would you like a constant in your life? God’s Word never changes.

Too many opportunities can make decisions difficult.

Faith and obedience are necessary in order for the promises to manifest. Knowing your part and doing it, God will then do His.

Some people get confused about their parts. They therefore try and do God’s part and expect Him to do theirs.

Obedience costs somebody something.

Once a decision is made, an acceleration takes place.

I am absolutely committed to obedience. Are you?

Some decisions are easier to make than others. Practice making decisions by making the easiest ones first.

You have to listen in order to learn.

Just because a lot of people are doing it, doesn’t make it right.

God speaks more than a woman (smile), and everything He says is important..!!

Want to know a secret? The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him. (Psalm 25:14)

Are you just part of a herd, or are you being heard?

It's not always the loudest who's heard, but the one with the most patience.

If at first you're not understood, try saying it in other words.

God not only knows everything, but also knows everyone.

When you talk, don’t balk, mock or squawk...or you’ll hinder your own walk.

Heart to mouth resuscitation is needed in many lives. It’s like a spiritual CPR that saves lives.

Think about what you’re thinking about. Is it true? Honest? Just? Pure? Lovely? Of good report?

Does your constitution need an amendment?

Jesus said that His sheep know His voice. Can you say "baaa"?

If you’re tired of the rat race, don’t run with the rats.

Everything matters. Everything you do, or don't do, matters. Think about it.

Trying to teach the unteachable or reach the unreachable is an effort in futility and draining. Find those who are open. Don't waste time.

Listening to only one source of information can only take you as far as that person has gone.

A studied verse can remove a curse. Remain steady as you study.

If at first you don't succeed, try something else. Do it another way, if the first way doesn't work.

An unequal yoke is no joke.

A life of abundance of things isn't necessarily an abundance of life.

Believe it and receive it, or doubt it and do without it.

Prayer is a two-way street.

Prayer is communication with God.

When you know who you are in Christ, there are some things you will no longer allow.

There’s a reason for the season you’re in. Ask God what it is.

Do, but don’t overdo. If you’re an overachiever, do less. If an underachiever, do more.

Love with a capital “L.”

Defining the problem is half of the answer.

If you’re having trouble seeing, try turning on the light. God’s Word is light.

If heaven is already in your heart, then when it’s time for you to go, you don’t have to go very far.

Don't disguise the lies. Take the mask from your eyes.

Pay attention to your words. Others are listening and reading them.

Never say, “God said” unless you’re 100% sure it is God speaking.

Every word counts.

Different words mean different things to different people. If others don’t understand your words, rephrase them.

Want revival? First, let the Lord first revive you.

Get in the know and then go with the flow.

Some are in the caterpillar stage of their life. Others in the cocoon. Few, it seems, have reached the butterfly stage. Freedom reigns in their hearts.

Love puts godly principles into practice.

A problem you may experience in life is that you reveal the solution to a situation before anyone else even knows there’s a problem.

Want to feel better and save money? Stop buying “food” that is making you sick.
