If you received a questionnaire that looks something like this, here are the answers for it. Hopefully, you will find all of the answers to be true. Only you can make the decision to allow Jesus to be the Lord of your life.

Jesus is the son of God.

There are several verses in the Bible that tell us that Jesus is the son of God. One of the simplest to understand is Mark 1:1, where the gospel writer starts his writing by saying, “The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the son of God.”

Jesus is the only way to the Father.

In another of the gospels, we find these words of Jesus, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes unto the Father but by Me.” You can find that by reading John 14:6.

Jesus always told the truth.

In having read that verse in John 14, we can see that Jesus said that He is the truth. Since Jesus is the truth, it only stands to follow that He always told the truth.

Jesus died for my sins.

Jesus died for the sins of mankind. That includes your sins as well as mine. The Bible tells us that all have sinned. That can be found in Romans 3:23.

Jesus rose from the dead.

In Romans 10:9, we can see that Jesus not only died for our sins but was also raised from the dead. That means that He’s alive.

Upon believing this fact, and then confessing it with our mouths (saying it out loud) that Jesus is the Lord of our lives, we can enter into a new spiritual life.

Old things have passed away and all things are become new (2 Corinthians 5:17.)

Jesus is the Lord of my life.

If you can answer “true” to each of these questions, you are on the path that leads to eternal life.
